If a member states in a support case they want the other person banned then we can instantly close the support case.
If an SMT member decides the rule break is a matter for support staff or is a community rule break then factions or faction departments rules will not be considered unless an owner agrees. For example you cannot double punish someone by way of a support case and an IA case unless an owner has agreed
A community owner can demote, promote, whitelist or de-whitelist any community member from a faction or a staff position without warning
SMT members can remove Trial Staff, Moderators and Admins from the staff team without warning. The removal of an SAT member must be discussed with SMT before removal unless they have caused serious issues and the SMT members are not online
Anyone saying in game or in teamspeak 'I will get you banned' is a major rule break. You will recieve severe punishment if you do this. If you have an issue with a player speak to a staff member.
If we have multiple servers of the same gamemode and we have enough slots to manage all players on server 1 then without notice we can shutdown other servers that are not needed at that time.
Please note all documents created while you are at RLG or USG are on the understanding that we have full rights to do whatever we wish with these documents, if you stay or leave the community. Examples of these documents would be Faction SOP's, Faction Training Documents, Rosters, Staff Related Documents but not limited to just these documents.
Developers - Please note if you are a developer and you are creating content for RLG or USG then you are doing this on your own free will to help the community. The content created is therefore only to be used by this community and cannot be used anywhere else. So note you do not have rights to development work created whilst at this community. If you feel you cannot respect this rule then please do not develope any content for this community.

A USG Founder/Owner reserves the right to remove anyone from the community that does not remove/delete a sound recording that we feel you should not have. Remember keeping sound recordings of people that they do not want you to keep can be offensive.
You must also delete any recordings that is requested by a Founder or Owner especially if you didnt ask for permission to record the persons voice. If you do not comply with this or we find out you have been playing that recording you will immediately be rfc'd from the community with no chances of appeal.
If you are caught hacking on other Communities or Servers and the Staff member comes to USG to report what you did on that server, community or teamspeak you run the risk of losing your Medic, Cop or Staff rank and in extreme cases you might be removed from USG. We at USG dont like members giving USG a bad name and then wasting SMT's time as they now have to speak to staff from other communities and apologise for our members actions.
Anyone caught being disrespectful towards members of the Community/Staff will be given a fair punishment.
Advertising is not tolerated, this will result in a Warning/Kick depending on the circumstances.
Using external Links to grab IP addresses will result in a permanent ban. This applies to ANY channel.
Voice Changers are not to be used at any time.
Leaving support cases will result in extra points being handed out.
You can only report someone to a member of staff within 24 hours after the incident, if you for whatever reason can not do this you can ask a staff member on that same day to deal with it on a different day.
All supports case's need evidence in the form of screen shots or videos to prove a case but if a staff member feels the case does not need evidence you must inform a Community Owner.The Community Owner will have the overall say whether to issue the punishment or not without evidence.
If SMT decides a severe punishment should be enforced without points then this should be authorised by a Community Owner.
Typing in the TFR chat (Task Force Radio) channel will result in a warning/kick.
VPN's are blacklisted, if you need to use a VPN for a legitimate purpose please contact a member of SMT.
Harassing members of the community on teamspeak is not acceptable.
Playing music bots in a public channel without permission will result in 10 points after a warning.
You must own a working microphone to play.
Do not use the teamspeak recording function while in TFR.
Playing music or soundboards while waiting to respawn is not acceptable and must not be done.
Support cases are to be kept private. Anyone caught publically speaking about cases will be given 5 warning points.
You may only be affiliated with 1 gang (Families are still considered a gang)
Follow the chain of command. Do not sit in requesting administration/Senior administration with a specific member of SMT's name in your name. If you do this, you will not be answered.
Posting a recommendation for your self is not allowed.

If a person is banned from the website you can only post an unban request on their behalf. If you post anything else you will be warned (and the thread deleted) and if you keep doing it, you will also be banned from the website.
Bumping old posts (Posting comments on posts older than 2 months without any valid reason) will result in a warning and if you keep doing it you will be issued a temporary forumban.
Any sort of harrasment or racism used on the forums will result in a permanent ban.
Only one profile per IP address is allowed, if you have more than one person who is a member of the community linked to your IP address please contact a member of SMT.
Our Mission File
Any mission file/Pbos or files that are on our servers are developed/edited by USG Roleplay and if a file in encrypted or Obfuscated you do not have a right to break into these files without the permision of the USG Founder. Un-Obfuscating or breaking into our misson file for whatever purpose is strictly prohibited.
This rule applies to members and non members of our community and you will be breaking our Terms Of Service if you ignore this warning.
